Welcome to Chainz, a social AI video storytelling application developed and operated by JAI UYGULAMA VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.S.
By accessing or using the Chainz mobile application ("Chainz" or the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Chainz is a social, AI-powered video storytelling application. Users create "Chains": connected series of AI-generated video episodes in which each new prompt creates the next episode of an ongoing story. Users can start a Chain on their own or invite friends to continue it together.
The App may allow you to, among other things:
The App provides AI-generated video outputs based on user inputs such as text prompts, selected styles, and previous episodes of a Chain. All outputs are generated for personal, non-commercial use only and are intended for entertainment and creative expression. Chainz is designed to be suitable for all ages (see Section 2), and outputs are subject to safety filters and moderation. Chainz does not guarantee that any particular story, character, scene, or visual continuity will be produced.
Age rating. Chainz is rated Age 4+ on the Apple App Store, and carries the equivalent all-ages / general-audiences rating in Brazil, the Republic of Korea, and Vietnam. This means the App is intended to be suitable for all ages, and content that is not suitable for all ages is not permitted in the App (see Section 6).
Children and minors. Because the App is available to all ages, children may use it only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13 years old (or below the minimum age required to consent to the processing of personal data in your country, if higher), a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf, manage your account, and is responsible for your use of the App, including any purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the parental consent required by applicable law; please see our Privacy Policy for details. Parents and guardians can use their device's parental controls (such as Apple Screen Time or Google Family Link) to manage downloads, in-app purchases, and content access.
Accounts. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account or device and for keeping your access credentials secure.
Chainz follows a freemium model and operates on a credit-based access model, which may include auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. Free users may receive a limited number of free generations or credits, which may change at any time. If you are a minor, purchases must be made by, or with the permission of, your parent or legal guardian.
Users may purchase a subscription that provides access to premium features, such as increased generation access, premium models or styles, faster generation, and higher-quality outputs.

"Unlimited" access is subject to fair and reasonable use. We may apply technical limits (such as rate limits or daily generation caps) to protect the service and prevent abuse or automated use.
Subscription pricing may vary by country, platform, taxes, promotional offer, or store configuration.
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions renew automatically. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

Consumable credits are non-renewing and are depleted as they are used in the App (for example, each time an episode is generated). The number of credits required for a generation may vary depending on the style, model, or quality selected. Unused credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Chainz does not process refunds directly. All refund requests are handled by the relevant platform provider, including but not limited to the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Chainz generates video content using artificial intelligence. By using the App, you acknowledge that:
"User Content" means prompts, text, and any other content you submit to the App, as well as the episodes and Chains you create through it.
By submitting User Content or creating episodes in the App, you confirm that:
License to Chainz. You grant Chainz a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the service, including displaying it in the feed, on profiles, and within Chains, and enabling sharing features you choose to use.
Collaborative Chains. Chainz is a collaborative experience. When you invite others to a Chain, or when you continue a Chain started by another user, you understand and agree that:
Content you choose to publish or share may be seen by other users or outside the App if you or others share it. You can delete your own content through the App where available; however, episodes that other users have already built upon may remain part of the Chain in a form necessary for the story to remain continuous, unless removal is required by law or by these Terms.
Uploaded or submitted content may be temporarily stored and processed but is not sold or used for advertising without consent.
Chainz is a social environment that is open to all ages, and we expect all users to act respectfully. By using the App, you agree not to:
Reporting and blocking. You can report content or users, and block other users, directly within the App. We review reports and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content promptly. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
Moderation. We use automated tools and human review to detect and remove content that violates these Terms or is not suitable for all ages. We may remove any content, or refuse to generate any output, at our discretion.
Copyright and rights complaints. If you believe content in the App infringes your rights, please contact us at the address in Section 13.
Violation of these rules may result in removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account without notice.
All content, designs, AI outputs, branding, software, and materials within the App, other than User Content that you own, are owned by JAI UYGULAMA VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.S or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use the episodes you create for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them on social platforms. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.
Chainz may use third-party tools for analytics, attribution, advertising, and service operation purposes, including but not limited to:
These services may collect non-personally identifiable data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not show personalized advertising to users we know to be children, to the extent required by applicable law.
Your use of Chainz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, including how we handle the data of children and minors.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAI UYGULAMA VE YAPAY ZEKA TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, its AI-generated outputs, or content created or shared by other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
